DONE!

Of course Kreg graduated from BYU I a few weeks ago and I am now just getting pictures up from the event! I Graduated last summer but was nine months preggo and had no desire to do the whole walking to get the fake diploma and sit at commencement for two hours. to be honest I didnt really want to go to Kreg's either but I was a good supportive wife and went to see him walk. I didnt go to commencement because someone had to stay with CC ( I volunteered)

I am so so so excited for this next phase in our life, it will be alot like the last because we will still be in school, but we will be living somewhere with more action and unfortunately be more poor. this may sound like a bad thing to most people but it excites me to no end! I always love hearing stories from my parents college days about things they had to skimp on and how they had no money one month but some how they were blessed with the means to get by. I am hoping to really grow from this experience and have some real trials in my life. and of course lots and lots of fun through it all!!

Goals 89 and 90

Keep and food journal and exercise journal for a month, I decided these would be good things to do now that I am training for the marathon. I figured it would help keep me on track. It has been doing so much more this past week, it helped me realize that I do a lot of useless, unneeded snacking. Not necessarily on treats but just plain eating when Im not even hungry. Its even harder when you are feeding a baby that eats often, I guess I feel I need to eat whenever she does, so wrong! I am now more aware throughout the day about not only what I eat but how often and how much! I totally suggest doing this even just for a week so you can see what nutrition areas you are lacking in and what you may be getting more than your share of...oh carbs why do you have to be so bad for me?

We are moving in 2 weeks!

We are moving to California for the summer, we still dont know where we are going for Law School but I will for sure let everyone know when we do! As of right now it is between schools in California and one in Minnesota.....please pray that we go to Cali its so so much warmer than MN!

Vegas and Utah

My mom, sister, and I (and the kiddos) went to vegas and had a blast shopping, eating, and being in the sun! We didnt take alot of Vegasy pics so it kinda looks like we just went to the zoo but the animals were at the Mirage hotel where they have a dolphin and tiger (+other animals) exhibit. It was alot of fun to have a break from the cold and to be entertained by Ashton! It was a great last girls trip before I move away! Thank you Mom and Sar!!

Easter

Our Easter was really low key but fun, My cousin Courtney and her hubby Travis came to church with us and then we had a yummy dinner and watched "I Am Legend" so scary!!  THey stayed over for a while and we talked and watched some good ol reality TV. There was no egg hunts or egg dyeing because CC is to young and we just didnt get that into it! maybe next year.

But it was super fun to dress in our easter outfits especially Cecily! Thanks to Gram for purchasing the super cute dress and hair bow! Everyone adored CC like always!

Peanut

Its about time to post some more pics of Cecily! She and I were bored waiting for Kreg to get home from school a week or so ago so we (meaning I) thought it would be fun to build a fort! She was loving her life in the box so I just through a blanket over the table and there you have it! She just looked at me like I was crazy! She thought it was funny when I would run around and scare her...maybe I am going crazy! I need warm weather bad!

I just love my little peanut she is getting so big! well not really she only weight 13 lbs and 12 oz She is 7 and 1/2 months and still wearing 3-6 month clothes! The Dr. always asks me if I feed her! I do I promise! She loves to eat!

FHE HELP!

Ok so Kreg and I decided that we really need to get into the habit of having FHE every week so Im here for some tips and ideas of lessons and whatever else. If you have any great books or manuals to help out please let me know!
A little update.. We went to utah for the weekend which was super fun like always! I love going and being able to get out do things..AKA shopping and going out to eat! Kreg flew to Cali saturday morning to pick up a car then drove home all day saturday. We are so grateful to Mom and Dad W. for their generosity. We gave our ION to Kreg's brother Mark, and we got an Altima with the trade. It is a better car for us solely for the extra space. Its crazy what one little 13 pound person needs when you go out of town. anyway we are so happy with the new ride and hope Mark loves the ION!! Thank you again to both of our families who do so much for us everyday!! My Sis gave me a super cute swimsuit (for my B day) that makes me feel so hot and SKINNY I just can't wait to be tan!! its a Shade swim suit, they are super modest and perfect for covering up the mommy belly. anyway I suggest you all check them out they are so worth it! shadeclothing.com or at Modbe Clothing I think I just might purchase another. Thanks sar!!
My mom, sister, the babies, and I are going to vegas in two weeks so I am so excited to show the suit off! I promise to post pics of us (mostly cc) soon!

My B-DAY!

Thanks to my love Kreg, all my family, and friends I had a great day! Thank you all for your calls, texts and cards wishing me a happy day! Thanks to Kim for baby sitting for five hours and making me a yummy cake! Kreg took me to IF to see JUNO which was funny but I have to say Kreg and I are a little sensitive to crudeness so we were a bit uncomfortable watching some of the scenes. Then we went to Johnny Carino's YUM! Then did a little shopping. Later that night we had a bunch of friends over for cake and Ice cream! Over all it was a super fun day! I love birthdays my Mom always made them "our" special day and so far Kreg has done a very good job of taking over that role!

My Valentine~

I sure do love my Kreg! He is so sweet and thoughtful! I could never ask for anything better, he is always so helpful around the house and with Cecily. There is no such thing as gender roles in my house and I love it! We are a perfect match in every way. I am so thankful for him and for all he does for our family! Before we got married we bought all of our furniture in California, there was a small mishap where we received the wrong bed, after months of Kreg using his negotiation skills we finally just got a refund. We ended up using the money for something else, anyway I have been wanting a bed for so long ever since (we had a mattress and box spring, don't worry we weren't camping out on the floor this whole time. We were planning on getting one when we move, we just figured that would be easier to have delivered, anyway to my suprise Kreg got me a bed for valentines/my b-day!! I am so excited, its probably better than the one I wanted from IKEA or at least less feminine! HE also gave me flowers a couple of weeks ago for no reason, just because he felt like it. He is always so thoughtful and giving! I am seriously so lucky to have a guy that knows how to love me, push all of my buttons, and make me laugh all in the same minute! He is by far the BEST husband and father I know!

RSV

Poor CC, I took her to the DR. yesterday because I was worried her cold was something worse....Sure enough she has a case of RSV. I was so careful ot to take her out in this bitter cold and she still got it. Darn! She now has to be hooked to the Nebulizer every four hours for breathing treatments. so sad.

6 month pictures

6 month check up and sick baby

Cecily had her 6 month check up yeterday, She got weighed measured and of course the dreadful shots (I've come to realize the shots are a bigger deal to me than they are to her!) She weighs a whopping 13 lbs and 5oz (8th percentile) and she is 26 inches (60th percentile) long, I was sure she would weigh closer to 15 lbs but I was wrong. She is just tall and skinny I guess. She did great with her shots like always. She cried for about a half a min and then was totally fine, while I still had to pull my self together for another min or so! My poor CC is also sick for the first time in her life (minus the tramatizing birth situation) She has a little cold that her daddy and I are i'm sure blowing way out of purportion. She was however up alot during the night coughing due to what kreg calls a "flem throat" and a stuffy nose. Poor girl is being a champ and only fussing a little when I'm sure if she could talk she would tell me she is very tired, her body hurts all over, and she is so done with me using the green squishy thing to suck out the nastys out of her nose! I know most of you have delt with sick kids alot but bare with me Im a first timer and it is a sad site no not her me! The top pic is of cc she is telling me a sad story about how its no fun being sick:(

Rexburg Temple Dedication

Today was a day I will never forget.... I have been to other Temple dedications before but this one was so different, for one I am now endowed so I know more fully how amazing and importatnt the temple is in our lives, and two I was able to attend with my wonderful husband. I loved President Monson's talk and the relation to how important families are. It was so neat to think of my husband and little Cecily who was at home and even our children to come. I am so so blessed to be a member of this church and to have the gospel in my life. I am so grateful for eternal families I just dont think I can say it enough. I was so touched today after the dedication prayer when we sang my favorite hymn "The spirit of God" the spirit was so strong I was brought to tears! I am so grateful for temples and for our faithful prophet, for his diligence and worthiness to lead and guide us on the path to righteousness. I am so excited for my opportunity to attend the Rexburg Temple for a session, it has been so neat to see it built and dedicated I have been here from the start and I feel so blessed to see the Lord's work in action. It will be so great one day to share my experience withmy children and even grand children. I can not express to you how lucky we all are to be living on earth during this time when there are so many blessings given to us and so many opportunities we have to serve and bless other's lives!

Cecily is five and 1/2 months

It is so crazy how fast these babies grow up! Cecily is doing new things everyday! It is so fun to watch her and I feel so blessed to have her in my life! Here are just a few recent pictures of my little doll!

I went in the other room for a few minuets and when I came back CC was undressing herself!

Yay for Scheduling!

Ok so everyone who knows me knows I am ultra organized and a schedule queen, so it might ba a shock to you but I never had Cecily on a schedule until NOW! While we were in Cali for three weeks Cecily got a few bad habits such as going to bed with a bottle and then waking up once during the night to eat.... I was not going to let this go on any more, we were doing so good. She started sleeping through the night on her own when she was three weeks old and I was so BLESSED so in order to keep my blessing I talked to my friend Jen and decided to put Cecily on the BABY WISE schedule. I tried doing it for the first week she was home from the hospital but we just had so much company and were constantly going to visit people I felt like I couldnt let her cry so in essence I gave up... But, while talking to Jen I decided to try it again so for the past few days Cecily has been put on a schedule and once again I am BLESSED! It has worked wonders and she corporates amazingly! No more bottle to bed, no more waking up in the middle of the night, and good naps during the day. So for all of you who think you have missed your time in scheduling your baby, its not too late! and for my friends who are still expecting (Megan and Melanie) you have to get the book Baby Wise and read it because it is amazing! Thanks Jen for sharing Ellis' schedule
