Happy LOVE day

Prayer
I strongly believe in the POWER of Prayer and Faith. I know that all things happen for a reason and for the most part things that happen are not up to us but a lot of times we are given trials as a test of our faith. With that said and without going into detail Kreg's DAD needs all the Prayers and All the faith you have to give. So please pray for this awesome Husband, Dad, Father in-law and Grandpa!!

Feeding baby
The other night I went through all the baby stuff and got out what I needed for Oliver, Cecily had fun playing with the Nursing Pillow and the bottles. She has had her moments of acting like a baby like when she climbed in the baby bath and started making cooing sounds. I asked her what she was doing and she said "being a baby". So silly.
Love Birds
A Congrats in Order for these two! My Dad's parents are getting Re-married after being divorced for 33 + years, and this time they are being married in the temple and having their 4 grown children sealed to them!!!
While no one but their children has ever known them "together" we are very excited and for me personally it doesnt seem strange but, almost natural. Special gratitude to our late Grandma Barb for helping Grandpa make this possible and for encouraging an eternal family for all of us!
Congrats Grandma and Grandpa! So excited to have the originals back together again!

Wedding Planning
My 2 yr old is already planning her wedding. Seriously!
CC: I want to get married in the temple
Me: You do? Ok! When you get bigger you can.
CC: and I want a big married!
me: you want a big Wedding?
CC: Yea and I want to have flowers in my hand and A big ring on my finger like mom, and a dress too.
Me: Ok sounds good
CC: and then I can have a baby Oliver in my belly
We are naming her little brother Oliver and I tried to explain that she can have her own babies in her belly someday but that Oliver is her brother. Puh-lease Why do I try to explain that to a 2 yr old when clearly she is only on the level of planning the wedding not being a Mom.
She is a DIVA to a T!!
Speaking of her becoming a BIG sister, she is Obsessed with her brother already. Numerous times a day she will come to my belly and talk to him in a voice that an adult would talk to a baby.
Saying: "hi baby Oliver, I miss you! Hi Oliver you are So cute!, Hi honey!, I love you so much!"
Then she'll tell me He likes her and he kicked her. or she'll say "oh he's awake now"
It really is so cute and precious that she loves him so much already. I KNOW she will be jealous and have adjusting to do when he gets here but I am praying she will not get mean with him and Im sure I will have to deal with her "Helping" a little to much. I can live with that though.
I was even able to distract her this afternoon when she was being dramatic about a pinched finger, I told her come tell Oliver about it and she came right over and talked to him forgetting all about the finger.

Cecily is so excited to be a big Sister to a little BROTHER!!! We are excited to have a baby BOY in May. Cecily loves her baby brother already, always talking to him and singing him songs, telling me when he is hungry and getting ready for him to come play!

A LOT of funny things but here are just a few...
Me: CC we are going on an airplane tomorrow to see Gram and Papa
CC: and Ashton? and Reagan? and Colty?
Me: Yup!
CC: and then my Gram will make me hot chocolate! Im SO EXCITED!! YAY!
At Church she saw a little boy about 18 months with Red Hair like her uncle, she ran up to him and said Hi Uncle Craig!
We keep explaining to her that Grandpa's dog fred died and went to live with Jesus, well when a cousin Michael left the house without saying goodbye, we ask her where Michael went and she says to live with Jesus.
When I picked her up from nursery today she saw me and yelled MOM, you came back!! Look everyone one she came back! then she proceeded to walk up to all the kids and leaders saying over and over bye everyone I'll miss you!
She is my silly girl, very annimated and excited most of the time! She continues to make me laugh everyday with the things she come up with!

WInterfest Party at Aunt Paige's school
Cecily had a lot of fun at the party this year, she played lots of games and had fun getting the teenage boys to play with her! I have been trying for weeks to get eher to see Santa, I couldn't even get her to give him a high five but Paige's friend Matty got her to sit on Santa's lap no problem. Afterward she kept cheering for herself "I did it!!" "I did it!!" she was so proud of herself.
We are in California!!
We love, love, love being able to come to California and spend weeks at a time! We of course are staying warmer than we would be in MN and we are having so much fun playing with family. here are a few pictures of things we've been doing....

The Day before CC and I left for CA we hit up the Water park of America, It was so fun and a nice mini vacation from the cold! Cecily loved swimming and the hot tub but the slide was her very fav!!

Pregnancy update
I am in my second Trimester now and still waiting to feel some relief from the nausea, This pregnancy is already 100 times different than with Cecily. I am so much sicker or I guess I should say I am sick since last time I wasn't at all. I have been feeling the baby move for quite a few weeks already and can feel him/her when I touch my belly. I'm not as tired this time like I was with Cecily but that may be due to laying on the couch alot this time around so my body doesnt have to feel tired. Poor Cecily has gotten to watch WAYYY to much T.V. the past couple of months, It really goes against everything I stand for but I guess I have to make sacrifices for this baby already. and of course CC doesnt mind she has really grown to LOVE T.V. I am hoping going to California this week will be a good change of scenery and I can be distracted from feeling sick and maybe even be able to excersize again.
I had a DR. apt. yesterday and heard the heart beat again, it was about 150 BM, everything sounded great! The Dr. said my uterus was already pretty high and I assured him that its because of my short torso and there isn't much place for the bay/uterus to go. I am pretty positive I will stick way out with this baby just like I did with Cecily.
I'm not showing to much yet, mostly just feel FAT! But I am sure I will really pop in the next few weeks. Still wearing regular clothes for now but I think I will pack maternity stuff for our six week trip to CA and UT because I'm sure I will need them soon. I dont have any pictures and probably wont take any of the belly for a couple of months so dont get your hopes up!
