Cecily see's the adults reading big books so she wants to be just like them. Her book of choice is the Scrabble Dictionary. We play this game a lot at the Wagner household so we were constantly asking to borrow CC's "reading book". At one point someone asked her to read it to them and she replied "no, I'm just reading in my head".

Twins?
These two cousins are so darling. They are 4 months apart but so close in size and they look similar. Its easy to glance at them mistake them for each other. It is going to be so fun to watch them grow up together.

Oliver is 7 months
Having fun chasing sister around the neighborhood. He is fast in the walker but she is faster.
Wait for me!!
One afternoon he was a grouch, he wasnt hungry, tired or poopy. So I swaddled him and he was Happy! I have tried numerous times to end the swaddling but we always go back because he just really loves it.
Happy to be swaddled and watching HGTV with Mom.
I found my tongue
Loving the swing
Getting ready to learn to crawl
At 7 months our Oliver is still as happy as can be! He is such an easy going child (I sure hope he stays that way).
Still loving the swaddle and the binky
Eating 3 furit and veggie meals a day
LOVING the walker and holding hands to walk around.
Still wont roll from back to belly would just rather be sitting, standing, or walking.
Using his voice to "YELL"
Wearing 6-9 and 6-12 months clothes
It is so fun to watch him learn and grow everyday!

Future pop singer?
Remember this video? When she was headed for american idol with her rendition of the "Charly" theme song. Well she is a couple yrs older now and has more experience under her belt She is taking it to the next level and trying out hip hop. she has also solicited her cousin Ashton's help with the beat boxing. Who knows maybe it will be a family thing. Here is our CC's version of "Apple Bottom Jeans".
As for an update on her she is doing so much better today. No fever or headaches. My Mom always said if you want your kid to get better take an expensive trip to the DR and they will be healed! We are so grateful to have our girl back and to have so many people care for us and help us! Thank you!

ER trip
My poor little CC girl has been sick. She has had a fever, Headache and neckache for going on 6 days now. We are in CA so we hesitated taking her to the DR because of our health insurance not covering a visit here. So we had a Nurse friend come check her out, Ears, nose, throat, and chest were clear. We waited two more days then had a DR friend come check her out. Same as before everything was clear. We were concerned about meningitis because of the neck and head pain but that was all checking out . She recieved a blessing on Saturday morning but by the afternoon she was not getting any better and her fever was still fairly high so I knew I needed to take her in. I called a friend and she was sweet enough to watch Oli while I took CC in. Grandma was already in the hospital with Grandpa so when we got there she met us in the ER. The Drs gave her IVs, hooked her up to every machine and giving her xrays. After seeing everything was clear but her white blood count was high they decided we should give her a spinal tap to make sure she didnt have meningitis. The Drs kept saying it really isnt as bad as it sounds the procedure is quick and she will be sedated. So after a lot of going back and forth and hard descion making we decided that is what we would do. We wanted to air on the side of caution. At that moment I felt like a real parent having to make a hard decision like that for my little girl. It was hard to do it with out Kreg being with me but, boy am I lucky to have the BEST mother in-law ever!! She helped me stay calm and was so level headed about it all. She really has the whole hospital thing down too, thats what you get after spending almost a yr there with a sick family memeber. the whole experience was hard on me but most of all on my sweet girl. She cried every time any nurse or Dr entered her room, anytime they added another monitor to her body and most of all when they had to hold her down to give her the tap. They tried sedating her but she is a fighter in everyway and her little body even fought the sleep so she was numb but awake.:( so needless to say it happened exactly how I imagined and to me it was a BIG deal. She broke blood vessels around her eyes from screaming so hard.
The tests came back negative thank goodness, so they are summing it up to some kind of virus. We are hoping she will return to herself very soon. I miss my crazy, silly girl! We are home now, and just waiting this virus out. if it doesnt improve in the next day or so we will go back. We could use prayers for our CC and Kreg's Dad as well. Thanks!
